Despite my best efforts to keep my Inbox clean, annoying spam mail always seems to find its way through. For quite some time, I dilligently deleted these, having no use for them. Lately, though, it seems as though the spam is gaining more and more comedic value as mailers are forced to place more and more utterly random information in the mails to get them through email filters. I thought you might enjoy these, and so every week, I'll bring you some of the best selections. These are 100% real, and have not been edited at all by me. Enjoy!

This Week's Spam: fast food...

Josh: Very concise, but it manages to be baffling even with only one sentence and a subject. For example, is this asking me if I feel the same...about fast food? And how does the sender feel about fast food? How do I know if I feel the same as they do if they haven't indicated to me how they feel about it? When you really think about it, this spam does very little to get me to open the attachment -- which, by the way, is labeled "shower", something that has nothing to do with fast food at all.

For the techies out there, you'll also notice the attachment is attempted to be disguised as an .rtf -- a real text file -- despite the fact that its executable extension is clearly visible. Tsk tsk.
