One of my fondest memories from high school is reading Yahoo User Movie Reviews during computer class, while our teacher attempted to explain to us how to save a Word document. I know they don't sound like anything particularly funny, but trust me: you can never underestimate the grammatical blunders, nonsensical insults, and even racial slurs that the general public will spout off to anyone who might be listening.

POETRY IN MOTION

I paid good money to see this mess,
All involved must wear a dress,
Nothing in this stinker made any sense,
When I requested a refund, I felt very tense,
The manager refused my refund request,
I gave him the finger and and made fun of his vest.

Josh: This is the worst thing I've ever read in my life.

This movie is soo boring. I fell asleep in the beginning. Recommend noone to watch it. I wish i had my refund back.

Josh: I think this is the first time I've ever encountered someone who doesn't know what "okay" means.

Josh: Is this person trying to find an Internet friend to take them to the movie? And who in the hell found this review helpful?

Tell the truth so as if it is to become fiction a
by kolb492002 (movies profile) Nov 20, 2004

FAT LIE-------->>>>These are exactly my words for this movie as you will see it fits so well as the caption above reads that."TRUTH WILL BECOME FICTION".I enjoyed the movie greatly as I am a Senior Demolay I.E. he was a Grand Marsheal for the Knight templar who was burned at the stake for not giving up the secrets of his order. I loved all the clues left though out the movie as they were somewhat as a surprize to me. I went in knowing that the real map to the treasure is in our heart and not on paper but the paper only signifys what we want as a whole body of believers. The movie kept me on my toes. Nickolas Cage did a fine job in carring out his duties I really liked the riddle as we all find our selves in everyday

Josh: What the hell are you talking about?

Excellent Movie for all viewers
by DauTWins (movies profile) Nov 20, 2004

This is a movie that was needed after all we went through from the previous election. Hopefully this bring back focus for the US community.

Josh: Yes, it's time we unite as a nation and get behind the issues that matter, like finding a treasure by using a map on the back of the Declaration of Independence.

Awesome-fast pace--funny
by skywalker1959 (movies profile) Nov 20, 2004

Better than any of the atheist reviews of the newpapers. They have lost touch with the people. The acting was good and the story was great. Even my 82 year old mom could follow the action-better than the thumbs up guy. The direction was right on-keep the movie going and going. The facts are better than the mind movie that won all those awards.

Josh: Damn those atheist movie reviewers! They're so anti-religious that they're starting to hate things that don't have anything to do with religion!
