Analysis: We wonder if this is some kind of garbled attempt to say "Screensaver" -- maybe one featuring fish, as the attachment was named "Fish.cpl". But then there's the mysterious "greater than" sign before the statement -- is the attachment supposed to be better than a regular screensaver? We also weere not aware that the "racer" branch of japanese car company Nissan was involved in the production of screensavers...or whatever this is supposed to be. Besides a virus, we mean.
